How to set up weekly plan vs. actual reporting
Setup is done once and takes about 15 minutes. After that the service runs itself: it reminds people, collects the actuals and rolls the plan over to the next week
Step 1 of 9 · Philosophy
One agreement
Every person owns key metrics – the ones their work is judged by. Once a week they fill in two fields for each: the actual as a number and a short comment in words. Five minutes. Without that, nothing works
Step 2 of 9 · Setup
Team → departments
Start in Team: create the departments that have metrics

Step 4 of 9 · Setup
Metrics
Create metrics for each department. A metric is either individual or shared by the team. Starting mid-period? Enter the current value so the forecast is accurate
